November, 2, 1999 Dear Sirs; I had a porch awning installed on October 5, 1999. I am really very please with the appearance and sturdiness of it. There were 2 gentlemen who installed the awning. Both of them were very nice, but the older of the two, Ed, was just fantastic! He really knew what he was doing and the younger man followed his lead. You are fortunate to have this older gentleman, Ed, as an employee. He was very courteous, and a very good worker! It is very difficult now-a-day's, to find an employee who will truly put in a day's work for a day's pay. Most younger people are lazy, and will not work unless pushed to do so. Your workmanship, your commitment and your price have brought you a new lasting customer. Everything that your salesperson and installer promised was complete and to a tee. The biggest factor for me writing this letter is that most manufacturers nowadays do not even want to hear the work credit.
